Delivery and refund policy

Digital delivery
Your ebooks are delivered automatically by email once Razorpay confirms your payment, usually within a few minutes. Each download link works for 72 hours and for up to 10 downloads. If your links expire, request new ones at Find my order using your order number and email address.
If email is delayed, your payment is still safe: you will never be asked to pay again for the same order. The order page in the browser you used to pay also shows your download buttons.
When we refund
Because ebooks can be downloaded immediately, purchases are generally not refundable once delivered. We will refund in full if:
- you were charged more than once for the same order;
- we could not deliver your ebooks and could not fix the problem within 7 days of your report;
- a file is corrupt or incomplete and we cannot provide a working replacement.
Contact thehiddensecrets1105@gmail.com with your order number. Approved refunds are made through Razorpay to your original payment method, and usually reach you within 5–7 working days depending on your bank.
What happens after a refund
A full refund closes the download links for that order. A partial refund (for example, a goodwill adjustment) leaves your downloads available.
